I worked at JC Brock for 2 days. They were surprised to see me back on day 2 as well. The "position" was de-coring lettuce heads. There were 3 girls stationed near two belt conveyors. The forklift operator would bring a huge cardboard box (maybe 4' high x 4' wide) he's position the box and cut a flap. The lettuce heads rolled out and you had to pick up one and crush it on a marble plate. The core and brown leaves were thrown on 1 conveyor belt (waste) and the good head was thrownon another belt going to get shredded. They would then deliver to all the restaurants in the area. My hands looked like ballons on day 2...couldn't go back.
