Iceland in ten days

This is a photo diary from my short vacation in Iceland in the summer of 2008. The country is spectacular in its stark beauty - unspoiled nature, variety of sights, and the genuine uniqueness of the place. It is never crowded, no matter where you are - whether you are at the largest glacier outside of the polar regions, next to Europe's biggest waterfall, or on a lake full of floating icebergs that featured in James Bond movies. One of the most beautiful places ever - I hope to convey here some of the excitement. Enjoy the photos - and plan a trip there if your situation permits!
