I grabbed a bicycle like this from the dump last week. The bike is just light blue, does not have the handlebar headlight nor the electrical box for the "train" headlight. The bicycle has a license plate on it from 1951. It is also missing the handlebar grips. Of course it needs tires, but otherwise seems complete. Is it worth fixing up ?
