Jim, what do you mean by "once again"? I thought this tower was never completed, thus never actually used?

This "tower of Power" will once again me used for Kingdom purposes in the coming year. A "refirement" center for His senior saints to once again reignite their gifitngs and anointings to impact the youth generation that will be on site at HIM (Heritage International Ministries.) Hallelujah! The land is being redeemed
