Sandwiching

One of my favorite techniques as I like the soft look and glow. This is achieved by layering 2 images, changing the opacity and applying gaussian blur to the top layer. I believe it is similar to the Orton technique.

What a beautiful soft touch these images present. And what better subject to do it on, no other but flowers and greenery. (trees) Exceptional effect on these beauties....v
