This might not be one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Spain, to be honest, but it's a very impressive one! Especially with the stairway going up. This cathedral (Santa Marķa) was built between the XI-XVIII centuries, so in it's architecture you can find different styles, such as romanic, gothic and barroc. The inside of the church is quite impressive, mainly because of its width. Also from the top of the stairs, you have an amazing view of the city since it's quite high above. It's definitelly a must see if you go to Girona.
