The most classic, the most photographed, the most visited one... We're talking about La Concha beach, the most central one in the city. La Concha beach is different from the rest; it's one and a half kilometres of white sand with an elegant, urbane style to it.
La Concha is considered to be one of Europe's loveliest urban beaches. It grew under the stewardship of the Official Summer Residence in the early years of the last century and is known as the Pearl of the Cantabrian Sea.
