The Cap Roig Festival initiative has earned a great name and prestige for itself and has been welcomed by locals for the tourism it brings to the region and the holidaymakers who choose the Costa Brava as their summer destination.
The concerts take place in a natural setting made up of the Cap Roig castle and its botanic garden, considered one of the best in the Mediterranean, where the region’s most characteristic plant species mix with trees and plants from every continent and blend, on the edge of the sea, with the beautiful natural landscape of the Costa Brava.
This is the setting in which the auditorium is erected – an open-air stage that year after year welcomes amazing music and dance performances. With a capacity for 2,000 people, it becomes the summer headquarters for the Cap Roig Festival every year
