An annual pilgrimage to a sacred place, takes place on 13th every month since May till October.
Many faithfull pilgrims come every year for the memory of Fatima Virgin Mary and take a 1.5 hour walk through the woods, with priests, BVMary statue carried by women, with hundreds of people praying the Rosary and singing.

It begins at the Franciscan cloister in Horyniec Zdroj and follows the Green Trail to Nowiny Horyniecki to a small wooden chapel.
"A church on the water" as it is called, was built in 1897, in a magical and lovely spot where 3 children saw BV Mary in 1636.
A few springs of Slotwina river flow nearby the chapel and inside it.
The water is always fresh and cold, tastes good and is considered miraculous, especially helping with eyes deseases.
Inside the chapel there is a linden wood effigy of Immaculate Mary of unknown origin.
As many people arrive on foot and by cars, they would not find enough place inside.
So the service is held on a clearing, where an altar is constructed as well as many benches for the pilgrims.
After the Mass, priests and pilgrims circle the chapel, carrying the statue of Blessed Virgin Mary and candles.
