Situated on Mount Tibidabo, the Expiatory Temple of Sacred Heart was started in 1902 and finished in 1961.
This Neo-Gothic church is crowned by a monumental bronze statue of Jesus measuring 7 metres tall, made by the artist Josep Miret.
Unfortunately, we could not go up the hill, as the funicular was not working.
