Cooking The Rosol

Home

Rosol - Polish broth - is probably the most frequently eaten soup in Poland. It’s usually prepared from chicken and beef meat.
It is considered to be a very healthy and invigorating dish, especially good on such a cold day like today. It's 8.5 F (-13 C) degrees tonight!
And is that it's very tasty!
