I like the frame within frame effect of the shot.
Mixed feelings about this; it's a big asset for the people to lose, but on the other hand I suspect that this is the sort of architecture that was designed with people serving the building in mind, rather than the other way around.
But letting it rot does nobody any good. Letting it rot for 20 years, even more so.
