Between the diffusion from the windows, the mono colour, and the content, this almost has a dream like quality. Though it may well be the kind of dream that you wake up screaming from.
Or maybe not; when I wrote the above I couldn't see the full smile on the "Annie" doll and thought that she had only a very pursed, small mouth. In that context the bear seemed almost sinister. But seeing her smile puts a different tone to it.

A very interesting composition and approach to this image. Cute toys but I feel an edge and coldness in this monochrome. I think your image sends mixed emotional responses that makes it such a fantastic capture. You are making the viewer decide about the image. Voted++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
