When my friends and family convinced me that I should exhibit my photos, (I shouldn't have listened to them), I took this shot and really liked it. Today, it embarasses me. The problem is it's pretty enough, but the fact remains that the "grasses" are really garlic-mustard, a noxious weed that has a short lifespan then turn an unsightly brown and spread their seeds. Even the deer don't enter this area.
I thought I had gotten rid of this image but like the weed it depicts, it seems to thrive in spite of attempts to eradicate it. I'm posting this more as a reminder to myself.
