The deep and damp valleys of Dartmoor are renowned for their mosses and lichens.
This shot was taken in the valley of the East Ockment river near Okehampton.

Photoshop used with layers and curves to control extreme contrast
and retain greens plus texture. The camera retained sufficient detail
to allow it to be done, and that's gratifying.
