The Fuji 9100 is a nice camera for shots like this.
I've used a little gaussian blur in the background via Photoshop to help isolate the car and driver form a distracting background. A smilar effect might be acheived by steeping further back to maximum telephoto and focusing carefully. Much easier with the old 35mm frame film SLRs with their wide aperture lenses.
