It was rainy this morning as we headed out to the Hillsboro farmer's market. It is on Main Street, but they keep 1st Street open. This facilitates the movement of people and stuff. There is a pedestrian crosswalk and a stop and go light. The traffic might be one car per light cycle, not heavy at all. Anyway, the pedestrians are completely oblivious to the crossing apparently. The sign is supposed to help, but it is ignored.On the way out today I had to wait a couple cycles to get through due to the stream of oblivious humans making their way to the next booth.
