Cargo Pod with Ramp Extended

IMG_3280AP.jpg

I stumbled upon the above pictured alien cargo transport vessel while walking around the neighborhood park. You will note that the cargo ramp is still extended, so I figure that they saw me coming and decided to beat it. Like so many of their things, this alien vessel is very cleverly disguised to blend into the surroundings. This thing is actually quite clever. It is designed to move goods short distances (less than a light year) and is built with an open structure which keeps the weight of the vehicle down. I am guessing that this has recently returned from some place in Utah. Propulsion is provided by a remote coronal discharge engine. This technology is quite novel. They have mastered transporting energy just like the Starship Enterprise transports humans. Once the coordinates of the vessel are relayed to the coronal discharge generation facility, they count down and release just the right amount of energy to move the vessel to its desired destination. The person in charge of the countdown is called the Numerator, and the person who calculates the energy required is a subordinate called the Denominator. In their organizational hierarchy, the Numerator is always over the Denominator.

A similar vehicle has been sitting in one of our parks for months. I know this sounds strange, almost coincidental, but I've seen kids sliding down the cargo ramp similar to what you described, John. I dunno.....maybe I'd better take a closer look the next time I see them ("the kids") and try to get a look at their eyes!! At our park, there are several other pieces of equipment that they seem to have unloaded. It's going to be interesting to see what they do next. I'll keep you posted. jt

gets my undevided attention

Kryptonite-impregnated underwear solves that problem.

Beware of tangents, they conduct the fratostatic pulse wave generator output to a spot on your lower abdomen.

I might be going off on a tangent, but there is no sine of life here.

One day I sat for hours in it pretending to watch my kids slide down the cargo ramp in the hope that they would decide to move the device to Utah. They didn't. I was truly disappointed in that, but I returned home and pondered the situation over an adult beverage, which seemed to help defray the disappointment of the day. Actually, watching the kids play defrayed all the disappointment of the day.

but if the Numerator counts to infinity the Denominator becomes worthless. do you take this thing for a spin? i bet it would be a blast....

Then they bring in a laminator to cover the whole thing up.

Do not forget a Terminator beats the Numerator and the Denominator, I know this to be true, trust me.
