Mysterious Radiation Burns Explained

This is a tree in the park adjacent to Ellington Field where there is a field repair shop for the coronal discharge thrusters in common use throughout the galaxy. You will notice that it has been burned quite badly by the hecto-ray photoneutron emissions of the thrusters. This is clear evidence of the sloppy work done at this shop. A well run shop would have working hecto-ray neutralizing barriers installed and working properly. This only goes to show you what happens at a far flung facility without any direct supervision from the plenipotentiary oversight council. It is a shame that things come to this. I have a feeling that a certain base commander might be quite close to reassignment to Utah. Agent listorama should keep his guard up out there. This cracker is quite a hand full.

Your warning about the possible transferral of a base commander to Utah has been received and understood. However, a greater threat to Humankind is the bureaucratic gobbledygook foisted on innocents like you and me by the likes of M. Blakely. If The Battle depends on bureaucrats to take action, and they behave as described below (a black hole of inaction), then we are doomed.

The FAA is aware of the coronal discharge thruster repair facility's proximity to the Houston FSDO. However, in accordance with near-galactic protocol, the FAA has not intervened in this matter in light of the plenipotentiary oversight council's jurisdiction in this matter. Were the plenipotentiary oversight council to file notarized forms 23110-A412, F33719-IG, 48F1A2-9-9.12, and CDT49328, the FAA would then be authorized to assemble an exploratory committee to determine what sort of assistance the agency is authorized to provide. The findings of the exploratory committee are then to be compiled into bound reports to be distributed to the Senate Aviation Subcommittee. The Senate Aviation Subcommittee will then appoint a bipartisan panel to review the exploratory committee findings. The panel will then produce a revised report to be delivered to me, the Administrator. I will then fill out forms 11402A, 11402D, and 11402E to establish formally an expert task force that will discuss the revised report to create a tentative schedule for implementation of select recommendations. The implementation plan will then be delivered to the Administrator, whose Executive Assistant will then read the plan. The Executive Assistant to the Administrator then presents the plan to the deliberatory committe, appointed by the Administrator. The presentation will use standard format FAA05022-G allowing for its distribution to interested parties who will then be given a six-month comment period. Following the comment period, the Executive Assistant to the Administrator will then compile all responses into a report which will be presented to the deliberatory committee, who then approves, disapproves, or revises the implementation plan. In the case of revision, the comment period is then reopened for six months and another report is prepared. If approved, the various parts of the plan will be distributed to the appropriate department heads for approval and action.

Ms. Blakey: Thanks for honoring this site with your presence. No one of such stature has visited before and I am truly honored. I have visited your FAA web site on many occasions and spent hours trying to find information that I need. I put the emphasis on HOURS. It is a true joy to navigate those jargon riddled pages in pursuit information. If I ever do meet one of "them" I shall immediately mention your kind offer of assistance. I hasten to add; however, that the facility mentioned in this report is actually located within 500 yards of the Houston FSDO. Why don't you guys drop by there and offer assistance? I am sure you will be warmly received and invited to conduct ramp inspections.

Perhaps the plenipotentiary oversight council should consult the FAA for effective organizational strategies to maintain standards at remote locations.
