I am not sure about this one. The FAA aircraft registry database shows sale pending to someone in Houston. It is a Beechcraft Sundowner A23 (I think).

Actually this is a BE23-24 or Musketeer "Super III." It is a factory production Lycoming IO-360 200hp engine with a constant speed prop.
