Day Thirteen

We are in the Seattle area staying with friends on Lake Sammamish. Lynne is a college friend of Ginny's. We started the day with a water skiing adventure. Ginny did very well with her skiing. Not bad for a person who is going to her 50th high school class reunion in a few weeks.

Later we ventured into Seattle to Seattle Center. That is an area near the Space Needle. We went to the Pacific Science Center for the afternoon. They are starting to do some virtual reality experiences, and we tried two of them. Pretty neat. We also saw an Imax movie about the oceans. After a nice dinner at a place called Collections, we toured Chihuly Garden and Glass. It was interesting.

Today's photo is of a Chihuly piece at the exhibition with a reflection of the Space Needle. Gene pointed it out to me. He and Lynn have an eye for art which I don't have. I liked it. Easily amused, remember.
