We spent the day with my sister and her family in Burnsville, MN. The main purpose of the visit was to pick up a bunch of family photos which were left by our mother. We are going to take them back to Houston and I plan to go through them and scan the essentials. There are a lot of them. It will take a long time to go through them. I surely don't plan to scan them all, but there are quite a few from my "early years" which I am interested in. There are also some very old family photos. So I will have something to keep me busy during the winter.
