A number of things conspired today to prompt me into putting together a meal. The first part was that Ginny called from Walgreen's and asked if I would like a bacon bowl maker. If it has to do with bacon I am certainly interested. This is a gadget that you wrap bacon around and cook, thus forming a bowl. When she got home, she decided to harvest some radishes. OK, bacon and radishes. Now what? Well, I made a couple of the bacon bowls and they turned out nice. I decided to take Ginny's radishes and chop them along with some green onions and celery and make a salad type thing with a nice creamy dressing. We had some tomatoes, avocados, lettuce and chives, so it all came together into a nice lunch. Very tasty. I have been informed that I can make that one again some time.
