We visited museums again today. In the morning we went to the Prado which was pretty good. We spent time with a guide who really knew his stuff and made the visit really interesting. I liked this place. Then we went to the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum which housed some art but a lot of crap. We continued on our wanderings and ended up at the Parque del Retiro. It was fun to wander around but I was getting tired and cranky so we headed back to the hotel with a side trip to a grocery store to stock up on things, particularly wine.
