We toured around Salem and Silverton today. Our first stop was the Oregon State house. We had the opportunity to climb the rotunda and get out on the roof. That was pretty neat. You get a great view of Salem from there. We went on to the Oregon Gardens and the Gordon House (Frank Lloyd Wright) in Silverton. I found that whole thing pretty boring. We went back to Salem and went to the Mission Mill Museum which was an old woolen mill. That was pretty interesting. Wish we had more time there before closing.
