It was raining today, so no flying. It was a perfect day to do some maintenance on the Cessna. As my friend exzim noted, the left tire needed replacing. So, that is what I did this morning. As long as I had the landing gear taken apart, I took the time to clean up and lubricate the brakes. Also replaced the hydraulic fluid. Nice rainy day projects that aren't too hard. The one great thing about our hangar is that between the three of us, we really have all the tools and supplies we need right at hand, so there is no running around borrowing tools or chasing parts.
