David and I like to cook and eat. Somehow those things go together. Ginny found an article in the Houston Chronicle about meat loaf. David and I picked a recipe and modified it slightly (covering the top with bacon). We cooked it up with a generous portion of tater tots, and voila, a meal fit for us. You will note that the meatloaf is stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Life is good.
