Handley Page Halifax Mk VII NA337 2P-X
This Halifax was hit by flack while on an SOE supply mission to Norway in April 1945 and was force to ditch in Lake Mjøsa, unfortunately there was only one survivor out of the crew of six.
The aircraft was located at a depth of 250 meters of water in 1991, it was eventually raised and shipped to Canada where it took over ten years to complete the restoration.
