Pilot forgot to untie the tail tie-down on this Robertson 44R helicopter. Passenger suffered a broken arm. Note damage to roof of houseboat.

Very lucky that a broken arm and minoe bot damage is all that resulted. Could you see any trace of fuel spilled?
