Egretta caerulea

Little Blue Heron at National Audubon Society Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary
Naples, Florida USA

The heron was following and eying a potential meal in a lizard the heron
was watching closely beneath its feet. The very fortunate lizard escaped its demise.
