Nintendo DS Lite and Super Mario Kart!
My belated birthday gift to myself! From sis actually! She gave me a Best Buy gift card, and I
didn't know what to buy at first, until now!!! This is a neat toy for sure, sleek and sexy like the
Ipod! It's aesthetically pleasing and also a joy to play! This will appeal to both gamers and
beginners! I haven't bought a Nintendo system since SNES, and I have to say, I got more excited
about getting this than Sega Dreamcast, Sony Playstation or Xbox.

Questions concerning why I got the Nintendo DS rather than the PSP, here goes...

Games Department: DS
The DS had and has great games, the PSP still had good games, but it's limited, so is fun factor.

Graphics Department: PSP
PSP has great graphics, this made possible for viewing movies/videos.

Learning curve:
DS: 2 to 30 Min.
The DS was very similar to a palm pilot, took a few minuets to get used to, then you play/work.
PSP: 30 to 50 Min.
The PSP had the analog stick, but it didnt respond very well.

Battery Life: DS
The DS is the king of battery, the PSP died fast, but it was fun while it lasted.

Style: DS Lite (Not DS, too bulky. It was still great tho)
PSP had a good style, but the DS lite looks better, sleeker, smaller and lighter.

Gameplay: DS (PSP was still good, but the games took a while to get used to)
DS has FUN games, The only fun game on PSP was GTA

Features: PSP (Why do you need all that?)
The PSP was feature loaded, sometimes during games, the gameplay would sometimes lag because the
system has too much stuff on them.

*Drum Roll*
The winner is…
DS: IIIII
PSP: II

In the end I'll say this...
If you want a media center with top notch visuals, get a PSP, if you want a straight out, fun
console that focuses on the games and their gameplay, get a DS.
