4. Assault on a Tibetan employee at the Summer Palace, Lhasa Tibet.

The woman with the hat is the individual who assaulted the employee in the green jacket. The employee is explaining that there are no more tickets available for viewing the Summer Palace but was still accosted by her friends. He maintained calm and repeated that the Palace was closing very soon and that all tickets had been sold for the day. Here, after the umbrella had been thrown to the ground the Summer Palace employee is giving the umbrella to a member of the woman's group.

The visitors were from China.

I witnessed the violent acts by the Han Chinese woman toward the peaceful Tibetan worker at Norbulingka and ran over to stop her disgraceful and cruel behavior. She was beating this gentle man ruthlessly with her umbrella and kicking him repeatedly in the groin. I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that she was in a sacred place to the Tibetan people. I was able to get her to stop and called the police and documented this in writing at the office of Norbulingka. The police did nothing. The Chinese disrespectfully put up beer advertisements at Norbulingka and let the beautiful trees die. I turned on all of the water faucets on the grounds of Norbulingka to quench the trees' thirst. There were once living springs at Norbulingka when the Dalai Lama resided there but the Chinese poured cement over them and they ceased flowing.

The Dalai Lama fled Norbulingka for India in 1959. The Chinese attacked and destroyed Norbulingka, which placed the Dalai Lama in great jeopardy. He is alive today because he fled Tibet in 1959. More than one million Tibetans were killed and tortured by brutal Chinese forces and the abuses and murder continue today.
We must always stand with our Tibetan sisters and brothers and fly the flag of Tibet because they are forbidden to do this in their occupied holy land of Tibet.

Truth and justice will prevail over violence and lies. Fascism is unsustainable. Together we can transform human wrongs into human rights. Never give up.

Look at the Thugs - beating a native son of the soil in his own holy land.
