Montgomery Lake, Jacksonville, Ga., Home Of The World Record Largemouth Bass

It doesn't really look like a lake because, well, it's not! It is an oxbow - when the live Ocmulgee River changed its course it left this small body of water - but, there was a big fish in there and on a drizzly day in June of 1932, George Perry caught her and the record stands to this day!
