Love the angles with lines.
I notice Ruth does not have a Trained Working Assistance/companion dog who could assist her.
(Not sure if it would work in your situation but I do have a gallery featuring some: http://www.pbase.com/cits_4_pets/service_animals is a gallery with some service animals and a link in the photos to the organizations that train these animals. (they are in SF Bay Area)
