I bought the GH2 even though I have another micro 4/3 system because I was frustrated by the focus problems and menu interface of the Olympus E-PL1. I do have to say that the out of camera jpgs (and raw images as well) from the Olympus are OUTSTANDING and require very little post-processing. Can't say the same about the GH2 images, but I love the camera features, focus is great, the swiveling lcd a tremendous help, along with the ability to choose focus points right on the lcd and even take a picture by pressing on it. The time I spend in Photoshop tweaking the GH2 color is worthwhile. Noise is less of a problem with higher ISO images from the GH2. I do miss the in-body stabilization of the E-PL1. Wouldn't it be nice to have a camera that blended the best features of both models! One more thing - although the integrated viewfinder of the Panasonic is very nice, I prefer the VF2 accessory viewfinder of the Olympus. Getting into video slowly. Have learned that it's a good idea to work video manually and use 1/50 of a second shutter speed (at least until you know enough to get more creative). Vimeo has a GH2 group which is quite helpful.

Update: Since I came across suggested settings for jpgs by Robiro, I have been much more pleased with what's coming out of the camera. Although the settings are for jpgs, which I rarely use, I find the raw images start out with better color and require very little tweaking. Only setting I don't follow is the plus 2/3 compensation. Further Update: Since I love the GH2 so much, when the price on the GX7 came down $300 I grabbed one and have to report I love it. Auto White Balance is amazingly good and OOC jpgs very impressive. They invariably look better than my raw images.
