Aggressive unsharp masking, increased eye color saturation
Cloned out lamp cord. Since I took this picture over 3 years old my editing and observational skills have been fine tuned and I see this image as being too yellow and a mite unsharp. I desaturated some of the yellow and added a bit more unsharp masking in the next image. I think it looks more natural.
