_MG_8108 Can't warm up to this one!

Not one of your more loveable bugs! Could it be a cicada? I believe the eyes were white, but they're reflecting the flash. (It's on a tomato plant leaf.) Robin, below, says it's a cicada skin. Yep, the discarded skin of a cicada. These things are stuck to our trees alot. Wish I could find one BEFORE it molted.

That is the shedded skin of a cicada. See the split down the back...that's where it exited.
