I saw this demonstrated on a tv program and fell in love with it. Our Bissell"SpotBot" arrived a couple of days ago, but I was so intimidated by reading yet another manual that I just left it in the hallway, hoping Bill would get it going. We were helped by the comments of reviewers on Amazon, who gave us the key to get the spray going. I expect this is going to be wonderful for cleaning up pet indiscretions, which is can do completely automatically, without the hose! Click on "next" to see its very first use!
