I enlarged the eyes and found some lighter areas that might have been highlights. I used a hard small white brush to paint them in. I also used Noise Ninja to smooth out the skin, changing the auto profile filtration to increase it to 12 on the first two settings. Eye clarity was brought throughthe Noise Ninja softening by painting on a layer mask with black.
