With this shot maybe I could persuade Lisa to have a kitten rather than a puppy - I think they're easier to keep while she lives in a unit :-)

Gigi - Dumb luck? The shutter slap on the 20D is extremely noisy. I just think he was totally focused on the moth and tuned out the noise. Much easier to capture shots like this with the totally silent Sony 717 or the Uzi, but in this lighting condition the noise would be unbearable.

Great picture....he's totally fixated on that moth. How do you get this kind of photo without distracting him?

I suspect he would if they weren't on the other side of the window. We don't get many bugs in the house and it sure is fun when I spy him playing with one. He doesn't, however, seem to have the killer instinct. He too much of a gentlekitty.
