After selecting the blossom color I went to Image/Adjust/Hue/Saturation. (In Elements it was "Enhance/Adjust Color/Hue/Saturation" in PSE 2 - don't know where it is now.)
I had removed one of the blossoms and brought it into the house to use as a guide for correct color.
This is a screen capture and unfortunately the EXIF doesn't show, but it is the same image as the previous image. I have not applied any sharpening to this image and it is very compressed...I would apply sharpening to improve it.
