We are fortunate to live about a half hour from a prize-winning restaurant, Chai Pani, that serves Indian street food. Our favorite dish is Okra Matchsticks and a friend found this recipe, which worked like a charm with a different brand of salt and chat masala. Very, very easy to make, and much less labor-intensive than other recipes I had tried with besan (chickpea flour) and several spices.
