Good day for baking cookies, especially when you have an overabundance of ripe bananas!
I pretty much followed this recipe except for adding some raisins and substitution 1 1/2 cups of light brown sugar for the 1 cup of brown and 1/2 cup of white sugar. Next time I might add some chopped walnuts, as well, and use a smaller scoop to lay out the batter, because these spread a lot and the cookies were a bit large!
