Try to imagine my excitement when while trying to figure out who belonged to the footprints in the snow I spied this deer and then two friends, resting in the woods behind my house! In 19 years I have never seen deer on our property and only very, very, very rarely in this community.
I am going to have to get a lens to use on a silent camera body because the noise from the shutter click and mirror slap, scared them off.
