P8040005 Milkweed Bug Nymphs

Yes, I thought these were aphids - they were slightly smaller than the apricot colored milkweed aphids that I've been spraying off with water and dishwashing liquid. Today, I realized they are the first stage of the milkweed bugs. It's going to be fun to watch them go through all their stages. (It was hard to get a sharp shot because there was a brisk breeze that kept blowing them out of focus.
