Truly one of the sweetest experiences of my life, watching a pair of chickadees prepare a nest...and then this morning I heard this lovely serenade as dawn was approaching -
so loud that I knew the singer had to be close and I found him sitting on the stand in front of the nest box, announcing to the world that he was going to be a father.
