_9120028 Upside Down Plum Cake

I receive emails from time to time from Herbivoracious and today's recipe for this cake was very appealing. I could not find Italian plums in the supermarket, only largish black plums so I bought those and cut off part of the centers because I felt they would have been too high, so these don't have any "belly buttons". It kind of sank in the middle and needed one more half plum around the edge, so thanks to the rubber stamp tool and a bit of the Liquify tool in Photoshop, the cake looks a bit more presentable! Here's a link to the recipe: http://herbivoracious.com/2013/09/italian-plum-upside-down-cake-recipe.html

That Isabel, is THE nicest pic I saw on PBase today ... man, does that ever look good and I bet it smelled amazingly good in your house as it cooked. Wow, sure is appealing.
