there's hope. This geranium plant and several others have been languishing in my garage since they were put there last fall. They got leggy, continued to bud (I broke off the buds) and held on, watered rarely, until planting time.

As you can see they're sprouting from the lower parts of the stems, so hopefully in a little while I will be able to cut back the leggy old growth and have pretty, neat geraniums this summer.
