Larry at the Beach (a chromakey effort)

I guess the color navy qualifies as "blue" since when I brought the image into Photokey 2 it not only removed the blue background against which I photographed Larry, but also much of the dark blue sweatshirt. I had to copy the shirt from an unprocessed picture and then paste it over the one with the background. This shot would have been easier had I used a green background, but I don't have one AT THE MOMENT. The original was photographed against blue paper by window light. I am really enjoying the chromakey method of replacing backgrounds.

Isabel. You do great work. All this talk about "unprocessed" and "pasting backgrounds" and "chromakey" is beyond me. I purchased Photoshop Elements 7 about two weeks ago and it is driving me crazy (not to mention constantly locking up my computer). I've already sent them one e-mail saying I was going to throw it in the river (the software that is). I've never heard of photokey but you seem to have mastered it. I'm impressed.
