I spotted this cactus plant outside one of my neighbor's place (two square meters-worth)and remarked to him that I had never known a cactus to survive our cold winters. He explained that he had brought it from Pennsylvania five years before and it was thriving. Many more blooms to come. Quite astounding to me.
